Loud area at night but great sunlight

Pros

-good closet size -lots of sunlight -nice maintenance keeper -decent sized room, other bedroom smaller

Cons

-very loud area at night - new management is not responsive - issues like front door being broken and could not buzz guests in for 5 months, no hot water for 2 weeks - tiny kitchen and living room
