Great Building & Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is newly renovated and designed thoughtfully. They have some people come and clean the stairwells at random times which is nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful too. Pet friendly apt. Property manager is responsive and kind.
Cons:
It's not rent stabilized so the rent goes up a lot every renewal.
Advice to owner:
Give proper notice to tenants about the lease renewal. It should be at least 3 months in advance depending on how much the rent is increased.
