Good option, bit expensive for Bushwick
Pros
In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a lot of outdoor space (public rooftop, need your own furniture). Buzzer with camera, pet friendly.
Cons
Not super insulated, can hear neighbors (they are loud), fridge is small for 3 people to share, expensive for location, don't maintain hallway cleanliness, sometimes mail issues from post office
Advice to the owners
Regular cleanings of stairway and main lobby area, insulate the windows better, fix the alarm in the lobby that goes off, have a secure spot for packages.
Management is a Mess

It's a brand new renovated building.
Cons
I was one of the first tenants to move to this building and they were not prepared for tenants at all. The building was not equipped with wifi and there was a lack of hot water. The garbage is constantly a mess and the first floor always smells like a wet dog. Management is completely unresponsive when you reach out regarding an issue but hounds you incessantly when they need something.
