Worst building ever

Pros:
Nothing is good
Cons:
The loudest building ever, worst traffic noises you can’t sleep.

Used to be a great building, but getting worse with new management and ownership

Pros:
Full service, modern building, great staff, things get fixed relatively quickly.
Cons:
Building Management does not respond at all other than pushing for higher rent. In recent years, with new ownership, they have doubled the rent and decreased services, and will not address problems.

A building with so much promise - I wish I could recommend!

Pros:
The unit was really well sound proofed, couldn’t hear neighbor noise and minimal street noise
Unit appliances are good quality
Gym is quality
Maintenance team was great
Doormen are so friendly, really quality guys
Cons:
-#1 issue!! Management is completely unresponsive!
-Hallway carpets in need of cleaning, lots of staining
- Unit was very hot (76,77) during the winter, even with heat turned down low/off. Must have been getting heat from neighboring units.
-Didn’t have any bugs for majority of lease, saw a roach and have heard a neighboring unit has serious roach issue
Advice to owner:
You need to be better at replying to tenants, this has become so bad :( If you only follow cost savings it will drive you into the ground.

Noisiest building on earth

Pros:
Lots of shiny gimmicks
Cons:
So much traffic noise from the queensboro bridge you won’t even be able to think
Advice to owner:
Charging people rent to live here is criminal. You should pay people to have to live here.
