Well maintained building with responsive landlord

Pros

- Relatively clean as super cleaned very often - Neighbors were quiet and mostly stuck to themselves - Renovated units are very nice and pretty good for what you pay

Cons

- Walk up building (not a problem for some) - Garbage is inside the building not outside (super did do a great job of cleaning/upkeep though)

Good location in Sunset Park

Pros

This is a great location to the N and R trains. Close to a lot of stores. Decent price and maintenance. Neighbors and neighborhood are friendly.

Cons

Kind of dirty, no elevator. If you get a package, they won't leave it in the building, you have to go to the post office to pick it up.
