The halls are clean and the super is responsive

Cons

There is mold in the apartments and the bathrooms, there are roaches, it’s freeezing in the winter, very stingy with the heat, the water pressure is not great, and they steal packages downstairs constantly

Advice to the owners

GET RID OF THE MOLD ISSUE IN OUR APARTMENTS AND STOP BEING STINGY WITH THE HEAT!!
