Building has airflow, several complaints of Mold Not clean Power outages, no power, heat/AC, no water etc. Outdated apartments Outdated appliances Elevators constantly breaking and 10-15 minute wait time for elevators Over priced
Advice to the owners
Stop pretending to be a luxury building, add a new wall paper and laminate tiles won’t fix the issues.
