Think twice to live in this building

Pros:
Buses and trains are nearby
Cons:
Garbage rats pest no hot water
Advice to owner:
Take control of your building make sure you hear your tenants complaints and proceed to fix those problems not just leave it to the superintendent you need to come around more and do more for the building.
