Responsive landlord; Nice neighbors; Safe building and area; Close to 2/3/4/5 trains

Heat can be strong at night in the winter and it gets too hot; outdoor garbage/recycling pile up sometimes and aren't always set out consistently

Pretty good place to live

Pros

Backyard was great, lots of space for a one bedroom, nice molding on walls

Cons

Everything was just so outdated and the other apartments had been renovated so it sucked living in super old apartment with out of style everything. Kitchen was pretty small for cooking.
