Things work and have been happy for many years.

Pros:
Quiet neighbors. Management company will try to remedy issues to a medium degree. Super is friendly.
Cons:
Stairs and common areas feel old and creaky. Super can be very hard to get a hold of but he's great when you get him. Regular water turn offs but usually only for a few minutes.
Advice to owner:
Implement a ticket system for residents to log issues/needs with super/management.
