Pros

Clean building, no roaches. responsive super, separate kitchen in studio apartment. Great for coming out of the shelter, prison, foster care etc. a stepping stone to better living. But shouldn’t be permanent.

Cons

Mice, security was not consistent and had favoritism, neighbors were unhinged.

Advice to the owners

Get mice under control. Great building for what it’s worth.
