Great building and mgmt

Pros

Well maintained building, common areas are kept very clean, responsive management. No issues at all in 5 years, except for some very minor things that were addressed promptly (e.g. clogged sink)

Cons

No issues with the building but the neighborhood is not ideal. The train station is directly outside which is convenient but also means that there are more homeless people around, sometimes directly outside the building.
