MICE PROBLEMS - that the super does not attempt to try to help you fix. Maintenance issues take too long to be fixed or just never get fixed at all. Package room is so full that it is impossible to find anything and theft occurs often. Heaters are very loud and sometimes impossible to turn down. Many cheaply fixed/covered up issues like shower tiles, shotty contraction and installation of appliances, etc.

Advice to the owners

Please be more responsive and focus on sealing up spaces in apartments where pests and mice enter and exit
