ok building except for the mice
Pros
good location, decent size, high ceilings
Cons
building has a mice infestation and owner was overly casual and dismissive when dealing with it. pest control is the bare minimum and there is no way to get them to enter your unit. inadequate heating in the winter. unresponsive super when dealing with issues

Great location, but can’t say same about building
Pros
I love the fact that I am steps away from 7,N,E,M va and God knows more trains and busses, lost of business around , building itself not much to like
