Self sufficient but plenty of space

Pros

Huge rooms, tons of light from windows, beautiful hardwood floors, there's a roof (not advertised)

Cons

Impossible to get a hold of the super, only accept rent payment by check, 3 pest problems in 1 year, heat is typical nyc-apartment-awful

Advice to the owners

Accept rent payment electronically and increase super responsiveness

Smaller building, responsive building manager. Only one apartment per floor
