Decent Space for the Rate

Pros

Apartments are decently sized for how much you’re paying + some have a balcony.

Cons

4 lights in the entire 2br/1ba apartment (& 3 of those were right next to each other in the kitchen/entry) There’s always an issue with at least one elevator Maintenance tries to keep common place clean but it’s a big building with a lot of careless tenants Can never trust that your packages wont get stolen

Some issues, but a good deal for rent stabilized

Pros

Balcony (some apartments) rent stabilized, spacious, laundry in building, great sunlight, maintenance on site M-F (response time varies due to how big the complex is)

Cons

Often issues with the elevators, roaches (though not as bad as other places), leaks, apartment gets really hot in the winter (to the point where we tend to keep the windows open), bathtub has a tendency to clog

Advice to the owners

Fix the heating system so tenants can adjust it themselves
