I love this apartment!

Pros

Area is incredible. No pests/bugs around the building or inside ever. No weird smells in the lobby. It’s a perfect apartment!

Pros

Great building, very nice people, responsive handyman. People like living here and stay for years.

Cons

Small, nothing crazy for nyc but heat is a little wonky in the winter and there was a mouse one time

Advice to the owners

Help the ladies on the first floor maintain the garden they shouldn’t have to fun it alone
