Lived here for two years on the third floor, was super quiet and could not hear any other apartments.
Had minor issues with pests but the building was some what responsive. Had issues with some appliances too. Also raised the rent nearly 30% when I lived there which is why I moved out
Cover/fill the open holes in the kitchen / bathrooms!!
