Former tenant·9 minutes ago

Wow, it must be great to live there

Pros

It is an easy commute for me. Everything you need is a short walk away, and can also be delivered quickly. They do a great job of keeping the garbage room organized and it doesn’t smell as bad as you would think. All the smoke detectors work well and we don’t have problems with package theft. There are always people around so it is very safe.

Cons

Being on St Marks Place is loud and annoying with a lot of people hanging out until 2-3 in the morning so street-facing apts are much louder. The halls don’t get swept and mopped more than once a week. The intercom system is OLD, can’t hear people half the time and there’s no camera.

Advice to the owners

Put in a new intercom system so we can see who is buzzing.

Ok, not great

Pros

Pest control monthly

Cons

No access to owner, loud neighbors

Advice to the owners

Painting the hallways like a 5 year old does not constitute a price increase
