Decent. you get what you pay for
Pros
no pest problems in the room (there was a dead roach in the hallway once). good location. it was fine
Cons
shower temperature is hard to control/fluctuates. Heat was not amazing.

I wouldn’t reccomend it.
Pros
Good sunlight, GREAT location you’re basically just paying for the location. Good apartment set up, not an awkward layout.
Cons
We had a mice problem. Not a major one but still was a bit traumatic. The owner is a typical NYC landlord, have to ask him 3-4 times to get anything repaired.
Advice to the owners
Entry way is dark, garbage situation is not ideal either which is what I’m sure led to the mice.
