The super is responsive and helpful. Neighbors are friendly.

Cons

There is a rat and mouse infestation and top floor apartments consistently leak in the rain. Building owners and property management are unresponsive, neglectful, and act in bad faith. Will raise your rent obscene amounts and do not go through proper legal channels when issues are brought up. Want to push out long term residents.

If you want more money, make genuine improvements to the building and address issues beyond doing the bare minimum.
