East Village Condop Building
Pros
Good location, laundry on-site, near all subway lines.
Cons
Management and super aren't very responsive. Hallway needs updating. Building has 24 hour security, they aren't doorman.

Roof was closed for the entire year I was there Some Laundry machines didn’t work Too much heat sometimes
