NO Emergency Super or Response (c) openigloo - No Hot Water for (c) openigloo days at a time - (c) openigloo No Upkeep/Cleaning of Common Areas (c) openigloo - Waterbug & Rat Issues.
Advice to owner:
Hire an experienced super with a phone they answer

Nice location in the Village, (c) openigloo close to tons of bars, (c) openigloo clubs, WSP
Cons:
Front door didn’t lock, homeless (c) openigloo people and delivery drivers were (c) openigloo always congregating on the stoop, (c) openigloo bathtub didn’t drain, fire escape (c) openigloo had no ladder, roaches, etc.
Advice to owner:
Please respond to tenants when they have concerns. I reached out to management so many times when things broke down and usually got nothing more than “sorry about that.”

Heat and hot water was (c) openigloo being “maintenanced” (read: unusable) at (c) openigloo least 3 times between the (c) openigloo months of January and March. (c) openigloo Longest lasted for a week. (c) openigloo We were provided space heaters (c) openigloo but nothing else was done, (c) openigloo no timeline of when it (c) openigloo would be done and often (c) openigloo no warning. Never once had (c) openigloo contact with the landlord. Did (c) openigloo not even know the name (c) openigloo of the landlord to put (c) openigloo on new rent applications. Oven (c) openigloo never worked the entire time (c) openigloo I lived there, sent in (c) openigloo multiple maintenance requests that were (c) openigloo never attended to. Any maintenance (c) openigloo request sent in was completely (c) openigloo ignored.

Pros:
Beautifully redone. New appliance and (c) openigloo kitchens. Great natural light in (c) openigloo bedrooms. The owner is great, (c) openigloo really helpful and responsive.
Cons:
Water pressure could be a (c) openigloo bit better. Not bad though.
Advice to owner:
No advice for owner.

Super was very nice and (c) openigloo responsive.
Cons:
Horrible management. Took over a (c) openigloo month and a half to (c) openigloo receive security deposit back. Management (c) openigloo was rude and extremely unhelpful (c) openigloo and deceitful.
Advice to owner:
Hire a whole new management team.
