Short but sweet

Pros:
Super close to the train, right by 5th ave, lots of cabinet space, decent sized bedrooms
Cons:
Cockroaches and mail getting stolen

Pros:
On average, literally nothing besides location.
Cons:
I wouldn’t wish living in this place on my worst enemy. List of issues as follows: building Co-residents up screaming several times all hours of the night, cockroaches all throughout the summer and rats/mice all throughout the winter, spotty electricity (literally got shocked once), mold everywhere, unbearably hot during summer, exposed metal pipes that burn at over 200° in every room (burned me multiple times), no response from landlords 50+% of the time, no heated water for weeks, water randomly shut off multiple times, garbage constantly overflowing.

Pros:
*Great location (only a 3 block walk from the R, and a 8 minute walk to the F/G)
*Right above a pizza place and a bodega, can’t beat that
Cons:
Management was not responsive at all when there were issues towards the end of the lease, the ceiling was literally caving in the bathroom, and they put a garbage bag over it — because of that there were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, also this wouldnt have happened if they fixed it when I had noticed the leak a year before…
*Some tenants brought in some chaos, packages were stolen, police had to be called - not fun
