Look elsewhere in Riverdale
Pros
Great location, centrally located in Riverdale
Cons
Problems don't get fixed in a timely manner, and when they are, usually it will take a few tries to get it right. A super and an owner who react slowly with a "don't worry about it" attitude. Despite a stated no smoking policy, the building reeks of cigarettes and marijuana.
Advice to the owners
Hire another person to help Tony

Nice building but…
Pros
Building itself is nice, neighbors were great.
Cons
Property management company is MIA. Common area wasn’t cleaned the 12 months I lived there.
Advice to the owners
Get new property manager.
