Nothing truly notable.

Cons

-only one washer & dryer in the whole building and the dryer doesn’t even work -maintenance man/building superintendent is virtually nonexistent and useless -no heat at all during winter and hot water is sparse -building hasn’t had ANY work done in YEARS -landlord doesn’t keep track of tenants and is extremely unprofessional & rude even when asking a simple question -landlord has illegal practices and cuts corners to save money and avoid building maintenance costs -landlord allows for cat on 2nd floor to roam hallways, so entire building smells like cat pee
