building management is great; super is fantastic

Cons

Columbia and Barnard students do not respect the common spaces, neighbors, and leave trash outside their doors

Nice, Old Walk-Up Building

Pros

I really liked how nice and quiet it was in the rooms away from the street. Even near the street, it is peaceful most of the time. Neighbors were friendly, too.

Cons

Sometimes neighbors would play some loud music, but it was never obnoxious and didn't happen past quiet hours so it wasn't that big of a deal.
