Management sucks badly

Pros

Convenience to stores, Transportation and clinics and pharmacy.

Cons

Half ass repairs, delayed maintenance, management has poor communication, rude and unprofessional and harassing. Neighbors always smoking weed in the basement and partying in the halls and stealing delivery packages. Upstairs neighbor with unwatched kids causing bathtub floods to downstairs neighbors. Terrible ventilation and constant bathroom mold.

Pros

There is nothing I like about this building

Cons

Roach infestation, dirty hallways, very poor management, apartments falling apart no heat/hot water for long periods of time and it happens mainly in the winter there's so much wrong and management does not fix anything.

Advice to the owners

Treat your tenants the way they should be treated we pay a decent amount of rent to have to live the way we do.
