Solid low-touch building
Pros
Apartments are generally good, building is reasonably well managed if a little low-touch. Great unit size/ceiling height and does have laundry in basement. No major pest problems in units. Very quiet inside unless your neighbors are noisy.
Cons
You may have to bug them about issues but they do eventually get resolved. Pests in the basement (trash/laundry area) can be a bit gnarly. Neighbors are hit or miss, some recent grads who think they still live in frathouses. Back of building units don't get much light most of the year.

heating, the super is very responsive, easy access to managment
Cons
you have to pay rent by mailing a check or hand delivering to their office in the bronx
