Good building overall
Pros
Very quiet, walls are thick enough to not hear neighbors, high ceilings and good light, not many pest issues for an old building (at least my unit), packages never get taken
Cons
Elevator is slow, radiator can be too hot in winter, my floors are old and have nails sticking out/ creak incessantly

Loved my time here
Pros
Nice building, with updated appliances in my unit. Can't beat the location,
Cons
Only complaint was hearing the neighbor above, but that's to be expected. Made sure my next apt was top floor because it's something that bothers me, though my partner tuned it out. No noise from the adjoining walls or below. Just above.
