Pros

Great location, spacious apartment, high ceilings, new appliances

Cons

Very outdated floors, walls, doors, windows. Floors have cracks so big that they have holes through to the floor below. Building is not clean. Owners do not respond. Absolutely no management, can never get a hold of the super. Very little light except in one bedroom. Radiators are awful. Walls are very thin. Very little closet space. Moldy dishwasher. No hot water in bathroom sink. Tried to raise our rent by 5% during the 2nd month of the COVID-19 pandemic :)

Advice to the owners

Update the apartment and respond to emergencies.
