This building needs help

Pros:
Grocery store shared with building
Cons:
Infested with roaches no matter what you did, cleaning constantly, cleaning hallways since the landlord never sent anyone to clean, neighbors smoked inside building hallways, mice all over, walls in the hallways are coming apart, building smells like cigarettes, roaches in the hallways, heating system horrible, heat would come on when we least needed it and not come on when it was cold, no recycle bin outside

Take better care of the building
