Good place, great location, some bothersome people in the neighborhood

Cons:
Homeless and drug users frequetly on the stoop and surrounding area, packages get stolen

They hire good handy people to fix things. They don’t raise the rent a lot.

Response time for maintenance issues is a little lacking, little to no night or weekend response.
No live-in or on call super.
Building neighbors are respectful, but building is **one block away from methadone clinic. Junkies are mostly harmless, but rude and always hanging around the corner/in front of the building in the morning**
