So many issues

Pros:
When there's an emergency, (pipe burst, no hot water, etc.) they try to handle it quickly. The super is super responsive and very sweet, the renovated spaces look amazing and sleek.
Cons:
MASSIVE roach infestation problem with almost ZERO response, (the exterminator SOMETIMES comes once a month and if you're not home or if you don't have super sonic hearing when they gently tap on your door, you miss them- and they REFUSE to come by otherwise) lots of water issues, (3 pipe bursts in the past year) property managers are more prone to blame you than help you, SUPER LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD, there's also a tennent there with dogs who bark non stop all the time. Packages have been stolen multiple times. It's a nightmare!

That I won’t be there much longer
Cons:
Any time there is an issue, you’re asked to send a message through a portal that doesn’t get seen or responded to for days. We’ve dealt with leaks, heat issues and pests the entire time living at this hell hole. Exterminators are supposed to come every month and not only come when they feel like it, but are employed by an incredibly rude company. If you enjoy living with roaches running rampant in your kitchen and bathroom and the occasional mouse, this would be a great place for you!
Advice to owner:
Employ another exterminator company, actually seal everything in the kitchens and bathrooms and stop price gouging your tenants when they are living in inhabitable conditions.
