Nothing - looks like it would be nice and then you live there.
Owner/landlord refused to return my security deposit for normal wear and tear items expected within a year term. Not even since it was during Covid and I was barely there for 6 months. Was unresponsive and refused to pay my the full deposit back. He also never gave me the supers information after months of leaks and flooding in the restroom. Cockroaches
