Lived here for 4 years best years of my life miss that apartment every day
Former Tenant
Pros:
Land lord is very nice. Old man. Not very involved but if you have a problem he’ll get it fixed besides that he stays off your back
Cons:
Rent went up a LOT every year after being a loyal tenant for years and my sister too before me. I eventually had to move out

Unreasonably Immovable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment with solid outdoor space in good location. Good for young grads and interns.
Cons:
Owner not open to lease negotiation, common washer/dryers were trash, kitchen/bathroom appliances severely dated, not clean. Heating is not even. Bad if you want an apartment for an adult.
Advice to owner:
Be more amenable to contract negotiations, update appliances, clean more frequently. Fix heating so it’s even across rooms.
