He's a Super Creep
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is wonderful and I loved the pre-war character of the space
Cons:
Traffic on 2nd avenue is so incredibly loud, all day, every day, always. The live in super is creepy and inappropriate with women. Other women in the building had similar experiences so it is not a one off. I do not suggest living here as a solo female.

Covid response next to nothing.
Former Tenant
Pros:
LOCATION. Next to Trader Joe’s, fairway, target BBB. 20 mins from wholefoods.
Cons:
Super is creepy.
Stairs only get vacuumed every 2-3 months.
Management only respond when there’s a maintenance issue, BUT, wont have someone fix straight away.
In the time of Covid, no masks implemented in building. Cleaning of common areas minimal. Management unaware of what is happening in the building. No help re: rent reductions.
Advice to owner:
Check in with what is happening in your buildings. Check in with tenants when they ask for help

The uphill battle
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Close to everything. Trader Joe’s, fairway Bed bath. So many bars and restaurants. Buses and trains and ferry all close.
Cons:
The super. slow. Grumpy. Takes forever to answer calls. Maintenance can be slow. The recycling is … unorganized.
Advice to owner:
Check in with your buildings.
