The rent was great. They have a live in super that's attentive.
Cons:
do not miss the exterminator appointment or roaches will emerge. this is typical in most older buildings in brooklyn.

Everyone who lives there has been living there for years and we are all like family !
Cons:
It’s old, the owners do not keep up with any thing. We haven’t had gas heat or hot water for a week !!! And they never come to update or fix any issues we may have ! They only come to pick up the rent!
