Great area but would avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
No issues with neighbors / pests.
Cons:
Overall, the building is not well maintained (e.g., broken / cracked / dirty stairs & hallway, dirty unit upon move-in). Super is difficult to coordinate with if any issues arise. Units are uncomfortably hot in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Make repairs to the units / building, add laundry

Decent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is quiet and functional. My unit is pretty nice, despite needing repairs fairly frequently.
Cons:
A lot of upkeep is needed but I’d you put work into your unit it’s a great spot. The common areas are dirty.
Advice to owner:
Please clean the common areas and update units more regularly
