Pros

Great access to the L/Union Square. The super is great and both him and the owner are very responsive. Great natural light for the south facing side.

Cons

14th can be loud, and sometimes homeless people will set up in front of the building, but they're moved quickly.

Awesome landlord, owner responsive when needed. Landlord also has a lovely family.
