Review Summary for Eastchester Heights Property Owner LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for EASTCHESTER HEIGHTS PROPERTY OWNER LLC reveals mixed experiences across buildings. Positive notes include spacious apartments and good neighbors in some locations, with management occasionally responsive, especially when issues are escalated. However, many reviews highlight significant challenges such as persistent pest infestations, subpar cleanliness, long repair wait times, and poor communication from management. Safety concerns and noisy, loitering-prone environments are also reported by several renters. Overall, tenants should expect a management team that can be slow and inconsistent in responsiveness, with notable upkeep and maintenance issues affecting the living experience in many buildings.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat is great, sometimes too much heat because building near main boiler. Maintenance does respond to emails for service repairs rather quickly. Beautiful RENOVATED large spacious 1 bedroom apts.
Cons:
Excessive loitering at 3436 Corsa next to 3442 Corsa. Drugs, crime NOT SAFE neighborhood at all. People hanging out loud music on Corsa Ave. illegal gambling. In the evening and at night, you can't sleep due to dozens of cars double parked, people hanging out on the whole block, playing loud music, smoking weed, drinking alcohol then they leave all the garbage and empty liquor bottles on the sidewalk. DO NOT MOVE to the Eastchester Heights Apts.
Advice to owner:
VISIT 3436 CORSA in the evenings/nights M-F or on weekends and see for yourself the drug/crime infested neighborhood you are advertising as SAFE PLACE/PLAYGROUND FOR KIDS. A few years ago there was a drive by shooting into the playground near Fenton.

Worst place, stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Roach infestation, unreliable management office disgusting living conditions. I would avoid this place with a mile stick. Slumlord of the year
Advice to owner:
Need to overhaul all the buildings and hire new people in your leasing/maintenance office. Had several moments of being treated utterly atrocious by the staff there
