Could be great but...

Pros

For the most part - quiet neighbors. The J/Z running by and characters on Broadway is another story

Cons

As soon as you walk in the buidling you are met with filth. I mean garbage overflowing to the point you cant even access mail. Garbage on the floor for weeks
