Unresponsive Property Management

Pros:
Good, central location.
Cons:
Heating, water, and rodent issues. Property management is not responsive and moves slow on all building issues (month minimum).
Advice to owner:
Faster responses to building issues.

Decent quiet building

Pros:
Management is responsive to non-fix complaints/concerns. No security deposit theft
Cons:
Heat/water pressure have been issues but they never got fixed until I move out. Getting packages is painful
