Quiet, good location. Good starter
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit was true “winged” apartment, with one queen sized and one full sized bedroom at opposite ends of the apartment. Water pressure was generally good and central air was nice
Cons:
Garbage situation was always weird, kind of inconsistent. not that many tenants do it wasn’t too big of a deal
I had a few mice in my apartment at one point and was essentially wholly responsible for dealing with the issue. Management was totally unhelpful in this regard.
Property Manager isn’t very transparent or accessible. Appliances aren’t up to date. No control over heat in the cold months.
Advice to owner:
More responsive super for any issues in the building and monthly pest control service
