Decent place to live

Pros

One of the best prices for a coop in all of NYC. Coop has its own power plant and is not on the city grid so electric is factored into maintenance fee.

Cons

Apartments do not have resell-able market value ( thanks to the coop board and the management company about 20 years ago). No transparency on coop financials. Generally the coop is financially mismanaged.

Pros

- Amazing Heat/AC Settings -Convenience of Shops and Grocery Stores - Everything is walkable - Close to Q85 & Q111 and LIRR -Safety

-Management can take a long time to respond to requests -Some neighbors are not very considerate -Laundrymat needs rennovation
