Reviews

Former tenant·10 minutes ago

Terrible management with insane issues with bed bugs

Pros

wonderful neighbors that band together

Cons

multiple units got bed bugs and management did a horrible job responding and it spread throughout the building; management was also mean and rude to tenants, it was a battle to recoup money spent on dealing with bed bugs and barely got any rent rebates; also periods of time when the hot water was brown and it took them multiple weeks to respond and it was due to an issue with the boiler; they also lie to tenants about ongoing issues; they regularly have issues with mice and cockroaches

Advice to the owners

start spending money to deal with issues, treat tenants with some level of respect

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Pre war building with pests

Pros

Rent stabilized for tenants

Cons

Cockroaches and mice throughout building

Advice to the owners

Manage pests and update appliances. Also have a better package room since packages get stolen all of the time
