Great building and staff!

Pros

Nice amenities, modern apartments, wonderful staff, responsive to maintenance requests.

Cons

A bit far from the subway but they have a shuttle and there are bus stops nearby.

Pretty good, but could use improvement from management side.

Pros

Build staff are amazing, super helpful, and very friendly! Building overall was good, nice spaces, nice gym and roof deck. Other amenities were also great.

Cons

Management charged insane prices for amenities, for which the pool was not included. There were quality issues with apartments, but building staff did their best to help mitigate those.
