Terrible just terrible

Pros

Nothing at all

Cons

Dirty, out of control neighbors, mice and roach infestation, no super. The list is long.

Advice to the owners

Renovations throughout the entire building need to be done and Security needs to be in place. Tenants need a super on the premises. The infestations of rodents and roaches need to be addressed. If tenants can I keep apartment clean there should be a no pet policy in place to secure the safety of the pets and other tenants.
