Terrible, unresponsive, and greedy landlords
Pros
Prospect heights is a lovely neighborhood. But that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Free laundry too
Cons
Overpriced, landlord is very aggressive and unresponsive - threatened to take our security deposit even though we left the apartment exactly how we left it. Pest problem was not dealt with appropriately - asked landlord to cleanup the dead rat in the basement and it was never resolved. Can’t stress how distasteful and rude the landlords are.
Advice to the owners
Be at least a little empathetic and please do your job
