Owner Managed lack of responsibility

Only has become worse w the owner making his daughter the building manager. All she does is smoke weed and drugs. Now she has moved in her druggie friends who play loud music all day and night. This was a family loved building at one time. Place is filthy Garbage piles up outside from Friday to Sunday and taken care of when she comes home at 6am after being out all night. Water pressure failure throughout building due to the age of the building. Windows broken at the frames ready to fall apart. They collect the rents on time and all they care about.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building or hire a management company to better meet the needs of tenants

Owner was always attentive when called and addressed every problem we would have.

No street parking or garage for tenants cars.
